As every element takes great care. She felt like a big sister who was guiding us through it all, every step of the way. She is caring, patient and positively encouraging! If you are looking for an individual who is light-hearted, warm, funny and calm - she is for you! She has the most open heart. It felt like shes known everyone for years!

When it came to choosing a celebrant to marry us, Gina was our first and only choice as she had married my husband's parents many years ago. Throughout the whole planning phase Gina was incredibly helpful and took so much of the stress away when it came to choosing our vows. I recently got married in early November and it was the best day- huge thanks to Gina! Gina is such a warm and genuinely caring soul who was so flexible to adapt to both Josh and I, our preferences. In regards to my late father who couldn't give me away, she wrote a beautiful line of passage she said at the ceremony that brought tears to the guests. It truly was a memorable day and she just made it so perfect by having all our vows already typed out and our music playing in the background that set the mood. I didn't have to worry about a thing with her. I could re-live that day over and over again. She was always available, checking up on how we were going throughout the whole process and not only did she do our ceremony but was the Master of Ceremony for our reception too. With only 3 months to organise my son and daughter in laws wedding Gina efficiently quietly professionally and without self accolades guided us through every step to make the most perfect beautiful occasion. Nothing was too much and Gina handled every last minute concern and issue in an every changing COVID environment with ease. The grace and dignity Gina exhibited, Gina's thoughtfulness, professionalism and beautiful manner helped to make every part of the day so much more special. We could not recommend Gina highly enough. The service we received from Gina was EXCELLENT. She was extremely helpful in planning our very special day, a total professional and her years of experience shone through to make our day PERFECT. In the lead up she listened to our requests, asked us about things we had not thought of and made great suggestions (like both a chocolate and rose ceremony) which made our day very memorable to us, our family and all our guests. With COVID19 the planning and our day was complicated but Gina was able to help us stay focussed on each other and bring in by phone and live streaming our immediate family in Australia and wider family and friends from across the world to experience and be part of our ceremony. We feel so lucky that we chose Gina and she was available to be our marriage celebrant on 17 October 2020 at Lake Tinaroo.

We had confidence in our decision to chose Gina as the celebrant for our small and intimate Chapel wedding after speaking with her on the phone when making our initial enquiry, and then, meeting with her in person. Just over a year ago we decided to elope. I didn't know where to start when planning our wedding.
After calling Gina and speaking to her I knew she was going to be our celebrant and I wouldn't have to look any further.
She helped me out by recommending accommodation, photographers, hair and makeup ect. Because I don't live in cairns it made it easier to know I could trust her. She would call just to check in, or see if there was anything she could help with. Sometimes she would just call to say hello and see how we were.

Planning a Wedding is a big deal & we took on the job ourselves. Gina helped as much as possible & we had several meetings & even rehearsals before the big day.
The day itself went really well, almost exactly to plan! Gina & Frank had good equipment & were onsite & ready to go. Lastly one thing that sticks in our minds is that Gina gave a lovely little handkerchief when Miranda had a few tears & said we could keep it. Very touching.

At the start of planning we were worried about what to do for our ceremony, as its such an important day in our lives. Gina took all the worry and stress out of everything and was so helpful. The following is a true and honest reference for Gina Miles of Ginas Cairns Tropical Weddings.
We were married on the 26th of July and the ceremony was held at the botanical gardens, we found Gina to be extremely professional and demanded nothing but perfection for our special day and made it as stress free as possible on a usually stressful day, hoping everything went according to plan.
Gina went above and beyond our wildest expectations, our wedding was a Once upon a time theme and Gina even went to the trouble of dressing up as a fairy godmother for the ceremony which tied in everything to the theme we wanted. Towards the lead up to the wedding both Gina encouraged us to meet with her on several occasions to iron out the details and even offered suggestions for the ceremony like lighting a candle so that family that had passed away were still with us and we were thinking of them, this was a beautiful tribute suggested by Gina. As we are part of a blended family she also suggested a gift for our kids and some beautiful words to accompany the presentation, I don’t think there was a dry eye at the ceremony.
The professionalism of GinaS Cairns Tropical Weddings was amazing and made all the stress leading up to that day fade away, we would like to personally thank Gina for making our wedding a huge hit with family and friends and we cannot thank you enough for what you did and what it meant to us.

Gina married by aunt 6 months prior to our wedding. She sounded perfect to what the guests had been saying: relaxing, funny, life of the party type of person, pleasant and so much more.

Choosing a celebrant for our wedding, we had our own expectations of our ceremony, but not sure how to make it happen. Our expectations were far exceeded after meeting with Gina. Prior to the day, Gina was always readily available to pass on her experience, support and had a range of options to offer from our questions. Gina was that steady hand, by our side, providing excellent guidance and support in the lead up to the day, as well as during the ceremony.
